Terms and Conditions
Shipping & Delivery
Your item will be shipped by Priority Mail (for US-based addresses) or UPS within 2 days of your order placement. If you request overnight/express shipping, your item will be shipped within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We also ship worldwide, using the US Postal service flat rate shipping. Worldwide shipments will also be placed within two days or your placement.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us within three business days of receipt. All returns are handled on an individual basis; we will work with you to either replace the item with a similar product, issue a credit for your purchase, or refund your purchase price.
Please note that shipping charges (both original and return) will not be refunded. If your item was shipped received your item , the original shipping charge we incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Obtain a Returned Merchanidise Authorization (RMA) number
When you contact us to request a return or replacement, we will issue a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) to you. Please include this number with your return, and send your item to us within two weeks of the date we issue the RMA.
Please submit any cancellation via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us toll free at 888-941-7307.In your e-mail, please provide the following information: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order.
Provide accurate contact information so that we can contact you if we have questions in regard to canceling your order. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. If we receive your cancellation request before your order has shipped, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if we receive your order after it has shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
Out of Stock Items
The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If an item is identified as “Out of Stock,” we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most items ship within 2 weeks.
Please note that although an item is not identified as "out of stock" does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order it. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via e-mail and give you 3 days to reply. If we do not hear from you within 3 days, we will call you at the number(s) you provide with your order. It is important to give us your current e-mail address and phone number.
